Folic Acid is a B vitamin and a crucial nutrient for assisting the health of the heart and normal fetus development. Folic acid is a methyl donor needed to convert homocysteine back to methionine and for accurate synthesis of DNA and normal cell division throughout life, including during pregnancy.
Suggested Use
Take 1 capsule per day with food or as directed by your qualified health care consultant.
Other Ingredients
Cellulose, magnesium stearate (vegetable source) and dicalcium phosphate. Capsule consists of gelatin.
No wheat, no gluten, no soybeans, no dairy, no egg, no fish/shellfish, no peanuts/tree nuts.
