I started to take TMG as an energy booster, for the fatigue of Parkinson's. It certainly helped to combat fatigue, especially when taken with Co-enzyme Q10.

However, I found that it also prevents and combats neurological pain. My specific problem was agonizing cramps in my legs and feet, mainly at night, moving from muscle to muscle. I was drinking tonic water, because the quinine relieves the cramps.

I found that the TMG prevented cramps, taking one or two tablets at night and one in the morning, and it can also relieve cramps, taking 20-30 minutes to work.

The tablets are large, though pleasant and slightly sweet-tasting. There are no unwanted side effects in my case.

I strongly recommend pharmacologists to study TMG, and others with neurological problems to try it.
