detoxpeople can only accept returns on the EBN clay products provided the item is returned in perfect

 re-saleable condition i.e. in original undamaged packaging and not used with seal in place.  

No other detoxpeople products qualify for a refund.

The Distance Selling Regulations give you the right to change your mind and cancel an order within

 seven working days. If you do decide to cancel, then you should put this in writing, whether by

 letter (a proof of postage certificate or even recorded delivery would be wise) or you can e-mail.

Please include your details and the reason for the return. Please ensure that any returned goods 

are properly packed to avoid breakages. It is advisable to obtain proof of postage.

We will refund your purchase within seven working days of receiving the goods. If the goods 

are being returned because they were incorrectly supplied, then we will also refund the postage and packaging costs.
