Why did you develop Total Balance Men’s when you have Total Balance Men’s Premium?
Our standard Total Balance products such as Total Balance Men’s were developed to cater primarily for new customers who were not ready or convinced enough on the value and benefits of the Premium versions to invest the extra money needed each month. It provided a good entry point for these customers, the majority of whom upgrade to the Premium version after they start feeling the benefit.
What is the difference between Total Balance Men’s and Total Balance Men’s Premium?
It is a ‘scaled-down’ version of the Premium product. However, it still contains ALL the vitamins and minerals in the same high-quality form as the Premium version, PLUS, all the same, male-specific nutrients. The difference is that the Standard version does not have either the same quantity or number of the anti-ageing speciality nutrients. However, it is still a quantum leap above a normal multi-vitamin/mineral supplement and still gives real benefits not available in any other supplement at similar pricing.
What is the function of the enteric coating on the Total Balance tablets?
The enteric coating on the Total Balance tablets protects some of the sensitive ingredients, such as SAMe, from being destroyed by the stomach acid. The enteric coating ensures the tablets do not begin dissolving until they enter the small intestine, where the best possible absorption can occur.
Will it help with nighttime visits to the bathroom?
Some of the male-specific nutrients contained within Total Balance Men’s have been included specifically to help with an enlarged prostate which is generally the cause of nighttime visits to the bathroom. These have proven to be very successful over the last 18 years.
Our founder and chairman Warren Matthews was experiencing that need when he was in his early 50’s. After he started taking Total Balance Men’s his night time visits gradually started to reduce and after two years stopped altogether and has never returned to this day (he is now 71 years of age). Two of the key ingredients responsible for this is a high potency Saw Palmetto and Nettle Extracts.
What age is Total Balance Men’s most suitable for?
Total Balance Men’s is recommended for men 30 years and over to help provide additional hormonal, prostate and sexual support that may be required from this age onwards. However, there is no reason that it cannot be used by men aged under 30 if specific testosterone or sexual health concerns are present. Generally, these concerns are not common in men aged under 30 which is why we recommend Total Balance Unisex for this age group.
Will Total Balance Men’s interfere with prescription medications?
As with all supplements, caution must be taken if you are on medications of any sort. Total Balance Men’s contains ingredients like Gingko Biloba, which help thin the blood, so if you are on blood-thinning medication this has to be taken into account. It contains a small amount of Vitamin K which may affect blood clotting as well. If you are taking Coumadin / Warfarin please advise your doctor in case your medication needs to be adjusted.
If you are taking medication it is always a good policy to allow a gap of 2 – 3 between taking your supplements and the medication.
No matter the medication, we always suggest checking with your doctor before beginning the product. Generally, there is no problem, but it is good to be sure.
