REJUVENATE!™ is fantastic in water, juices, smoothies, nut or grain beverages, and blender drinks. It is also sensational when added to foods, including salads, fruits, soups, sandwiches, wraps, stir-fries, baked goods, etc. Use your imagination!
Our favorite morning drink: In a blender, put 2–4 tablespoons REJUVENATE!™, 1/2 banana (optional), 1/2 cup berries, 1 tsp chia or flax seeds, 1/4 cup oat milk (or almond milk), and 2 cups filtered water. Blend and drink! Adjust this recipe to your taste...try adding your favorite fruits or fruit juices (mango, kiwi, orange juice, etc.).
REJUVENATE!™ is an especially nutritious addition to vegetable juices. Add a scoop or two to your juice and shake well. An excellent juice combination is a delicious blend of carrot, beet, ginger, garlic, lemon, and parsley.
